We offer customer support via our Support Portal and Email only. Because specific customer account information is identifiable and helps speed up resolution, we give higher priority to support tickets generated from the Support Portal.

While we want to help our customers as much as we can, we do not offer free individual website programming, website design, or consulting services and we must prioritize our technical support on system issues that affect all our customers.

To log into the webmail system, for the NAME field, please type in the entire email address (e.g., brian@sunhost.com.au), instead of just the username (e.g., brian).
